|Recommended: YesI'm going to miss it here. Moving on to the married life — The people are amazing here. Especially the leasing ladies. You can't hear anything from the surrounding apartments which is so nice. Its warm consistenly through the winter, and cool during the summer. I like the set up of the apartments and the appliances are all super nice Honestly its pretty great. You should check it out

|Recommended: YesGreat first apartment — I know there are lots of complaints but I had a great year here at university gateway. Rooms are nice, I got a parking pass, and maintenance was always prompt. Just give it a try

|Recommended: YesIt's the beeest — I like the maintenance guy okay. The staff is pretty great Cami is the best. Sometimes I guess Jess is pretty good too.
|Recommended: NoEasy going, and nice, but overpriced — The place is nice and the staff is helpful but it’s nothing special, I think the Price is kind of steep, I picked It because it’s close to campus
|Recommended: YesHomey and Close to Campus — University Gateway has filled all of my student living needs. I walk to class within 15 minutes and don't have to worry about a parking permit My apartment is updated and everything works. If I ever have a problem maintenance is quick to respond and help.
|Recommended: YesThere are a couple problems, but overall I love it. — The apartments themselves are cozy and brand new remodeled, which is really nice. The walls are thinner so you can always hear your upstairs neighbors stomping around but that's just something you have to live with. The parking situation for residents is great, you will always be able to find a place, but if you want to have a guest over then your SOL, because apparently there is no guest parking. There are always spots available so I feel like it would be nice to have at least a couple designated spots for guest parking. But management is super helpful, maintenance is timely, and you can't beat the location where you live. I haven't driven to campus once and I love it. Overall I love it here.
|Recommended: YesNot a bad price and great location but looks are not the best and my overall opinion of the place is not the best place but it works — You can hear almost everyone from inside and outside the room and building the maintenance people are on top of their duties but can't seem to fix certain things but the location is the best you can get, I wish they had more weekend activities and parties here so it would be easier to meet new people
|Recommended: YesAll in all the gateway is a great place to live — It’s really nice and convenient living at the Gateway It saves me a lot of money via gas. I’ve told a lot of friends to live at the gateway and it’s a really nice community and it’s wayyy nice having the activities that we have and the amenities The maintenance are always super helpful and so is the leasing office when i need help with anything
|Recommended: YesGetting a bit old, but great — Its homey, not always quiet but the noise is managed pretty well. Buildings are getting a bit old but the second I see something that needs to be replaced and I let management know, they're there within two days to replace it.
