|Recommended: YesRecent remodel is mostly good — It's probably the most convenient location you can have with some nice new appliances, but the floor plan feels weird sometimes and the cabinet space leaves a bit to be desired when 5 people are living in one apartment. Its almost like they needed to make better use of the wall next to the front door.
|Recommended: NoI think the property is okay just needs to enforce a few things. — Life is alright, as long as you don't get on your roommates' bad sides. Just cooperate and make the best of the situation and keep moving forward.

|Recommended: YesUniversity Gateway Review — I've lived here for over 6 months and I would say that over the course of living here, they have improved astronomically. They got a new maintenance guy that is super efficient and quick with getting problems resolved. They closed the hot tub at a decent hour so I no longer have to listen to loud annoying music or obnoxious drunk kids they cracked down hard on alcohol use. Overall I would recommend University Gateway for UVU students. The biggest plus is UVU and Walmart are within walking distance
|Recommended: YesThe property is great. — I would say, I recommend it. Because not only is are apartments near the campus, but that the people there are nice. They work with you, if you need help. The apartments are nice. Perfect for a college student

|Recommended: YesIt is a nice student housing place. Also it is close to UVU. — It has really big bed if you get a private room, and you will satisfy with your place. And it is also close to UVU.
|Recommended: YesIt is a very great apartment place. — It is fun especially with activities that are set through out the months. Plus the campus to UVU isn't hard to walk to most of the classes.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to stay — it was nice, the rooms were spacious and already furnished. didn't have many complaints about staying living in those apartments.
|Recommended: YesProperty is overall very convenient. — Property is great walking distance to campus and shopping. Residents are not a bother. Area is clean.
|Recommended: YesGreat Atmosphere — Living here at the gateway apartments is both fun and reassuring. They have multiple activities available for residents to participate in and their location makes going to campus activities easier than ever. The staff in the office is very helpful and it is easier to get things done when you actually go in to talk to them. I never feel awkward or out of place going in to talk to the the office staff because they are very welcoming and nice. The apartments are big enough that it makes you feel at home but are small enough that you feel like you are independent of your family. The people living here somewhat keep to themselves but if you are lucky enough like I was to get awesome housemates, your time will be well spent and will be highly enjoyable.
|Recommended: YesIt was very nice and fun to live there. — There's plenty of opportunities to meet new people and have a fun experience. The main thing that you need to be careful of here is cleaning checks and late fees, and even those aren't bad if you are responsible and timely. Great place to live and have fun.

|Recommended: YesGreat place, very accommodating. — I love the hiking trail it reminds me of home, especially when it has slightly overgrown weeds it gets that Outdoor feel to it.
|Recommended: YesLove it — I was kind of scared moving here because I moved in without seeing it in person first. All I had as a reference was the website. I am so glad i moved here I don't have a car of my own so being so close to campus is great Super close to Walmart too so grocery shopping is way easy.
