|Recommended: YesGood Place, Good Prices — Parking is always available- just get guess passes, and your own parking pass, or you will get booted- they're natzis about here. Noise levels are great. Bugs need to be taken care of, but I m pretty sure they're working on that. Maintenance seems to be super busy- still waiting to get our microwave fixed. Still, a really good place, lots of cool people, and management is really nice.
|Recommended: YesGood — It's like student housing. So expect that kind of atmosphere. It is a little dingy, but as far as college housing goes, not bad. Maintenance is fantastic, management is reasonable, location is perfect.
|Recommended: YesOverall very nice and friendly — I would say that the location is the best part about living here because UVU is just across the street. The apartment that I m living in was poorly taken care of. Almost everything was broken and lots of things were not cleaned. Management has changed and they are doing a lot of things to fix everything up. Management is very friendly and usually help you out.

|Recommended: YesSuper close to UVU! So Convenient!!! — It takes me exactly 7 minutes and 28 seconds to walk from my bedroom to my furthest class.... I save so much every month in gas money and time. I can t afford not to live here at Gateway! It is awesome!

|Recommended: NoIt's very useful place and apartments. — It's very useful place because it's very close to both UVU and Walmart, and we can board on UTA buses. And sometimes the residents hold the activity and party. You can enjoy those events.
|Recommended: NoClose to school, close to the walmart. — BAD THINGS: False advertisement about kitchen appliances. Not fare cleaning checks. On the cleaning check papers it says that if anyone fails some kind of "professional cleaning team" will show up and clean what ever wasn't clean. In our case that team showed up but didn't clean anything! But people got fined like they were supposed to. So from my experience so far it looks like University Gateway knows how to make money. There is no such thing as doing everything for the comfort of the residents.

They make me feel at Home. If I ever have any concerns they are quick to listen to them and quickly come up with a solution.
