|Recommended: YesSoso — Staffs are so kind and nice but the noise from upstairs i told them before few times, but they are still noisy until midnight and the dishwasher is not working even staff fixed it before

|Recommended: YesMaintenance guys are awesome — I've had the most interaction with Will who's one of the maintenance guys. Will is always so friendly and if you're in a chatty mood you can totally have a nice conversation with him while he's doing his work. He's one of those people that makes you feel better after you've had a crappy day at school. He is also very good at explaining what he's going to do and if he has to come back and fix it he'll tell you why and when to expect him.
We love our maintenance staff too! Thank you for the feedback and rating!
|Recommended: YesMore then my moneys worth — The staff is very friendly and helpful maintenance is great they get here with in a day or day its definitly a friendly environment. located right by a bus stop which is great for those of us that dont have cars haha

|Recommended: NoRight next to UVU. — It was okay. The management is kind of a joke. The bottom level apartments could use refurbishing or something to make it less dark and gloomy. other than that, it was quite nice all things considered.

|Recommended: YesGateway — It's hard to compare this place to other apartments, I haven't lived any where but my mom's house so my expectations are already low and this place has not really caused me to move or say anything bad about it. Yeah somethings could have been handled a bit better but that's what you get with any other place out there in this world. Nothing is perfect and not even living with my mom was perfect. As far as parking goes, I don't even have a car but it is right next to the bus stop school and that is parking for me so that's a full 5 stars. As far as hearing neighbors, The walls are way to thin in the apartment so hearing my roommates is a problem but as far as hearing people in the other units, I can't hear anything unless they are running around outside like a chicken with their head cut off. The appearance of the place looks totally fine to me, it's an apartment complex not a house or temple so there is really nothing that you can compare it to. The construction design of this place does seem really dated but it was built in the 80's and there isn't much you can do to update it without drastically having to do reconstructive surgery on it and changing it. As far as quality of the fixtures appliances they are really old and I think they should be at least updated and changed. They don't have to be stainless steal but at least be within the last 3-5 years they seem like they are from the last decade and the stove at least in my unit doesn't always work. But with broken appliances comes the maintenance and they are the next on the list. To be brutally honest here, they do a damn fine job working here. There have been some questionable employees but the one head guy they have right now, Will, is seriously one of my favorites. Every time I see him and he comes over to fix something it feels like I am seeing a part of family. The current staff right now is the same way, the two ladies in the office are always a pleasure to come by and talk to and visit with. It's like they are all family and I feel like I can truly be myself with them and that is a huge plus. The staff and maintenance are all really great people and these are two things that Gateway has going for it. One thing that is not really the best though is the high speed internet it's not very high speed and constantly disconnects. But the good thing about it is that Management the staff are doing all they can to get a new contract and to fulfill that promise which is really good on them. So, yeah, for anyone looking for a place to live I would recommend it. It's not the place for everyone but it is my home.
|Recommended: YesJust your Regular Cocoon — If you can Obey the Rules of the Complex and Love living a simple life, University Gateway Is your Number One choice. They've got a pool and Hot Tub if you like
|Recommended: YesGlad it's close to campus. — It's pretty fun. I just wish the apartments were nicer for what we pay. I like the people that I know there. I think one of the only reasons I want to stay is because it's close to campus, not because they are nice apartments.
|Recommended: YesExpensive, but still good — This place is fantastic for those who have early classes. Roll out of bed and you're basically at the front door to Uvu. No it's nothing fancy, but guys - it's student housing. What did you expect haved a pretty great time here

|Recommended: NoGood location with fun people. Not superb overall — Its a nice place, kinda, with amazing placement for uvu. I would look through an actual apt before you move in not the show one though. A lot of the people are fun, some aren't. If you plan on drinking definitely move in with friends not randoms because a lot of them are, not fun, and will report you to the office. They even added a clause partway through the lease where those over 21 can't drink, we stopped . Also the hot tub is closed half the time. They will also boot any car that has been in the parking lot for any amount of time so its hard to have friends over. 2 5
