|Recommended: YesGood quality apartments, not-so-quality staff — My experience here has been mixed. I LOVE my apartment and the features in my apartment, but communication between staff and residents could really use some improvement. When I first moved in we still had an empty room. We anticipated that it would get filled, however we did NOT anticipate not being told that someone was moving in. We just came home one day and a new girl was moved in. Maintenance staff does a good job, however the office does a bad job of letting you know that maintenance will be done in your apartment that day. We had a crew in our apartment for 3 hours on one occassion painting our bathroom. Our apartment was filled with paint fumes to the point that I had to exit the premesis. Again, the office's fault for not notifying us.
Overall, it is a very comfy, updated, nice looking place to live, but if you don't like jumping through hoops to work with the staff, this probably isn't the place for you.

|Recommended: YesVery friendly and organized — Very nice to live here, it is clean, they give notice on everything, they have many events going on to keep us entertained and a very friendly environment.
|Recommended: YesKind of good, but some problems — Except for my Arabic roommate, it was so nice to live. However, wi-fi has some problems. Sometimes, it gets jammed.
|Recommended: YesPretty good — Closeness is convenient. Management are nice people and are really good. Maintenance is awful and sporadic, They randomly came by to paint our walls and doors without us being notified. They've also told us they were going to come by to fix a brown spot caused by flooding from all upper floors and they've never come. We also had an ant problem. We filled 3 reports and even told some guy that randomly came by our apartment, and no one came to fix it till a month, month and a half later.
|Recommended: YesNice, Convenient, but sometimes noisy and cold — I like living at Gateway. They always have great resident events going on and I love how close it is to UVU. The only downside is that the rooms get quite cold because of the windows and it is fairly noisy where my apartment is situated.
|Recommended: YesIt's a good place, but overpriced. — It's pretty good. There are a lot of little fees you can get that I think are rediculous. It's a little pricey. But it's good.

|Recommended: YesApartment units very clean and well maintained — The gateway team is professional and generally responsive. They ensure tenants are keeping their units clean and it shows on the inside. They still have some work to do on the outside our unit's stairs and one landing in dire need of repair , but for a college location apt, it's very nice and affordable.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live, Especially if you Attend UVU — This place has been great, I've loved my roommates and the overall atmosphere. Being less than 30 feet from campus is a massive plus for me as well. Maintenance is incredible, they are quick to fix even very low priority tasks. The only downfall that I had foreseen for living here was the cleaning checks. I actually don't mind them now that I'm used to them. They keep our apartment clean they kick us into gear when we've been slacking on the cleaning. I have renewed my lease and am looking forward to continuing to live here.
